In the 158 samples analysed, all 316 alleles were typed and a total of 29 different DRB1 alleles were detected, with DRB1*1601 being the most frequent allele (14.9%), followed by DRB1*1104 (13.9%). A phylogenetic tree constructed on the basis of the high-resolution data deriving from other populations revealed the clustering of Macedonians together with other Balkan populations (Greeks, Croats, Turks and Romanians) and Sardinians, close to another "European" cluster consisting of the Italian, French, Danish, Polish and Spanish populations. The included African populations grouped on the opposite side of the tree.

Види се дека популациите се насложени горе-долу врз нивните географски локации. Тоа е и правилото. Бугарите (со црно) се лоцирани малце по северо-западно. Тоа е поради западноевропските генетички компоненти, коj што се малце повеке во нив од колку би требвало. Има и леко дисперсиране на исток кон Анатолиja.

Pri genetskite istrazuvanja na Y-hromozomot DNA po haplogrupi ( mashki ) se javuvaat razliki od plus minus ~6%.Pri istrazuvanja na HLA-polimorfazam ( istituvanja na imunoloshkiot sistem i patologijata na bolestite ) se ispituva migracijata na covekot i se sproveduva bliskosta ili odalecenosta so poedni narodi,razlikata se javuva plus minus~2.
Pri ispituvanjeto na haplogrupite na mt DNA ( mitohronidal ) ( zenski ),se javuva najmalata razlika od ednostavna pricina, sto zenskite geni se najstabilni vo Evropa pa i na Balkanot.Zenite se najstari i naj homogeni.

Най-точно се изчисляват разликите по автозомна ДНК, чиито хромозоми нито са мъжки нито женски. Това става на базата на Autosomal genetic distances (Fixation index Fst) based on SNPs.

During the Byzantine era anyone who was an Orthodox was considered to be Rum Orthodox i.e. Greek. Many Greeks start speaking slav languages, many slavs start speaking Greek, myself I am from Minor Asia from a turkish speaking family but Orthodox i.e. Greek according to modern ethnogenesis. The problem with you slavomacedonians is that you try to falsify history and start talking about Alexander the Great as if he was not Greek trying to go back in history as if we are in 300BC! Even if that\'s true (that is not) there was no distinction between Greeks and Macedonians afterwards (even before IMO) and now you say that modern Greeks have nothing to do with... Alexander the great! Не виждам някаква особена прилика между един грък от Аргос и някой от Предбалкана да речем, или пък динарид от Херцеговина. А този пич си е чист етнически турчин съдейки по данните които изнася за себе си, и има толкова общо с Александър колкото с Елизабет Втора.

Анадолската сган, която минава за македонски гърци, ли следва да са наследниците на Александър? Гръцките манипулации с историята не отстъпват по нищо на македонистките.

Античните македонци са били доста повърхностно елинизирани изглежда, след което са били директно романизирани и съвсем не е сигурно, че някога са образували една народност с елините.

Рум милет е административно название за православните, след като гърците обсебват Печката патриаршия и Охридската архиепископия, и въпреки бляновете на фанариотите никога не се реализира като национална доктрина.

What happens is that all of us (modern Greeks, Bulgars, Serbs, Slavomacedonians) formed a common \"nation\" (called milliet) the Rum Orthodox milliet during the Ottoman era) which was later on split into separate artificial nations and that\'s where the problem begins. Ok Basil, 30% Antic Macedonians, what about the 15% of Hellenic people?! Are you schizophrenic and the 2/3 of you tries to fight against the 1/3 of you?!
During the Byzantine era anyone who was an Orthodox was considered to be Rum Orthodox i.e. Greek. Many Greeks start speaking slav languages, many slavs start speaking Greek, myself I am from Minor Asia from a turkish speaking family but Orthodox i.e. Greek according to modern ethnogenesis. The problem with you slavomacedonians is that you try to falsify history and start talking about Alexander the Great as if he was not Greek trying to go back in history as if we are in 300BC! Even if that\'s true (that is not) there was no distinction between Greeks and Macedonians afterwards (even before IMO) and now you say that modern Greeks have nothing to do with... Alexander the great! That is crazy considering that the ethnogenesis of slavomacedonians was based on slavic language (like the Bulgarian ethnogenesis powered from Russia which actually was the same procedure for Bulgaria and slavomacedonians see VMRO) and now you go back in history and try to falsify everything.
Wake up Basil and the rest. We are brother not only in culture but in a certain extend in blood also, you just speak another language, that\'s all!!!
And all this mess in based on modern states... In case there was still the Ottoman Empire, or in case we (or the Great Powers) decided to form a (let\'s say) Rum Orthodox big national state, nowadays we would be of the same nation and no such a stupid quarrel would take place.
Moreover, even iGenea would not distinguish between Antic Macedonians and Hellenic People (am I correct in that also Mr. Scholz)?

Античните македонци са били доста повърхностно елинизирани изглежда, след което са били директно романизирани и съвсем не е сигурно, че някога са образували една народност с елините.

Рум милет е административно название за православните, след като гърците обсебват Печката патриаршия и Охридската архиепископия, и въпреки бляновете на фанариотите никога не се реализира като национална доктрина.

Au contraire. Претендира за древните македонци, че били гърци, макар да акцентира като цяло върху нуждата за помирение между 'кръвни братя говорещи различни езици'. Този не е толкова тежък случай, но именно такива маджири се представят като гръцки македонци, потомци на Мегас Александрос... което си е пълна порнография.
