Нането - кралица на кујната

Во средноевропската кујна нането не игра голема улога. Во Англија и САД со нането се зачинуваат овошните коктели и соковите, овошните салати, грашокот и морковите, чајот и какаото. Најпозната употреба е за познатиот англосаксонски минт сос што се служи со јагнешко и телешко месо, со паштети, желеа и јадења од риби. Кај нас се употребува за зачинување на гравот. Маслото од нане служи за ароматизирање на ликерите, слатките, пастите за заби и лековите. За слични цели се употребува и есенција од нане (масло во алкохолен раствор).

Песто сос
При приготвувањето на сосеви за тестенини постојат одредени правила кон кои треба да се придржувате. Она што треба да се има на ум е дека свежо подготвениот песто сос никогаш не треба да се загрева бидејќи босилекот ќе потемни и ќе биде горчлив.

Трик со лукот
Кога лукот се обидувате да го исечете што е можно поситно, тоа најлесно ќе го сторите доколку истиот го посипете со малку сол. На тој начин ќе го спречите лепењето на ножот.

Замена за павлака
Доколку приготвувате јадење во кое треба да се стави кисела павлака која во моментот ја немате при рака, рецептот можете да го замените со измиксирано свежо сирење во кое сте додале лажичка лимон.

За вкусни пуканки
Доколку се одлучите сами да правите пуканки, послужете се со следниот трик. Имено, пред да ги ставите пуканките во загреаното тавче, држете ги извесно време во замрзнувач. Така подобро ќе пукаат и ќе бидат повкусни.
